With over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, Josh has built a reputation as an expert in F&I services. After starting his career in sales in 2008, he shifted his focus to F&I, helping dealerships and customers navigate the complexities of automotive financing and insurance. Over the past decade, Josh has used his expertise to empower clients with the best solutions, and his master’s degree in business management enhances his strategic leadership at Level Up Dealer Services.


Outside of work, Josh values time with his wife of 17 years and their four children. A bourbon connoisseur and car show enthusiast, he also enjoys video gaming and singing at karaoke. Josh’s dedication to both his family and the automotive industry fuels his continued success and growth.
